PlanMaker takes information you provide and creates detailed preaching plans with the minimum of effort. You can enter information for up to 200 Preachers and compile a Plan for up to 60 Churches/Services for up to 30 dates.

PlanMaker will:

• Show the Plan on-screen when it is compiled and allow you to make alterations
• Automatically store all information about Churches, Services and Preachers for later Plans
• Offer a wide variety of options to enable you to tailor your Plan to suit your needs
• Automatically allocate Ordained Ministers for Sacraments, Family, Parade and Baptism Services
• Allow you to insert Preachers manually for special Services
• Allow you to insert more than one Preacher for a Service
• Allow you to apply associations so that some Preachers will favour some Churches
• Allow you to perform the same action on multiple Services in one operation
• Allow you to see where and how many times each preacher has been allocated
• Allow you to paste your plan into your preferred application
• Print address labels ready for posting your printed Plans
