About PlanMaker
PlanMaker takes information you provide and creates detailed preaching plans with the minimum of effort. You can enter information for up to 200 Preachers and compile a Plan for up to 100 Churches for up to 30 dates.
PlanMaker will:
- Show your Plan on-screen when it is compiled and allow you to make alterations
- Show how many Preachers are available for each Service without a Preacher
- Show where and how many times each preacher appears on your Plan
- Automatically store all information about Churches, Services and Preachers for later Plans
- Offer a wide variety of options to enable you to tailor your Plan to suit your needs
- Automatically allocate Ordained Ministers for Sacraments, Family, Parade and Baptism Services
- Allow you to insert Preachers manually if you wish to do so
- Allow you to insert more than one Preacher for a Service
- Allow you to apply associations so that some Preachers will favour some Churches
- Allow you to perform the same action on multiple Services in one operation
- Allow you to paste your plan into your preferred application
- Print address labels ready for posting your printed Plans
