About Preacher Records
The Preacher Records application is an optional add-in that can be run from within PlanMaker by clicking View | Preacher Records and creates a running record of the last time each Preacher appeared in each Church and the number of times they have appeared in each Church on all the plans that are in the record. The record covers four plans and, when you add a new one, the oldest is discarded, the remaining ones are shifted earlier and the one you just added becomes the most recent. If you habitually save plans, you can add the latest four one after the other to get an immediate record covering the past year. Help for the record application is available from within PlanMaker or by pressing F1 while the record is on the screen.
The Preacher Records window consists of a table of cells, each corresponding to a Preacher and a Church. For the Plans that have been added, the numbers in the cells show how many times the Preacher has been to the corresponding Church and the colour of the cell indicates how long ago the Preacher last appeared there:
- Green: last appeared on the most recently added plan (1 plan ago)
- Yellow: last appeared 2 plans ago
- Orange: last appeared 3 plans ago
- Red: last appeared 4 plans ago
- White: last appeared more than 4 plans ago
